Our Story
JLM Landscape Services is a family owned and operated landscaping company that has been dedicated to serving Southwest Florida since 1993. We're a small business trying to make a big impact, we haven't forgotten how we started and still hold true to our traditional values, we don't care to expand the business at the expense of quality or relations with our clients.

Most of our staff was born & raised in Florida and are active members of the South Florida community. Our team consists of highly trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do. We've been working together for over a decade and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and ensuring their complete satisfaction. As a company we value quality over quantity, every member of our team is dedicated to providing expectational quality service.

James M, Founder
James founded the company in 1993. He's always had an interest in the landscape and horticulture field and decided to bring his passion to life. Even though he's retired, he's still a very active part of the company and you're likely to see him in the field from time to time.
Joshua M, Owner

Joshua has more years of experience than his age might indicate. He's been involved in the business from a very young age. He came on full time when he graduated in 2014 to run field operations. In 2023 he purchased the company from James and has been growing the business ever since.

Tomas has been a valuable asset to our team for over a decade making him one of our longest and most loyal employees. Since joining JLM he has worked his way up to be our senior foreman. Tomas looks forward to growing with the company for many years to come.

Sara is currently a junior at FGCU finishing her business management degree. She joined the team in 2024, but has prior experience in marketing and sales and hopes to integrate her prior knowledge and what she's learning to help grow the business. She's excited to be a party of JLM Landscape for many years to come.
